Setting Up Reolla Softphone

Reolla’s Connect UC softphone gives you desk phone features on your computer. Check these settings before your first call.

Check Do Not Disturb

  1. Select your avatar in the upper-left corner.

  2. Find the Do Not Disturb toggle.

  3. Turn it off to hear incoming calls.

Connect UC displays a message at the top of the screen while Do Not Disturb is on. You won’t hear incoming calls until you turn it off.

Set Up Your Audio

Open Preferences, then select Audio.

Choose the speaker or headset you want to use. Select your microphone as the input device.

Select Your Camera

Find Video Source in Preferences. Select your camera if you plan to make video calls.
