How to Answer a Phone Call

You’ll see an incoming call window, called a screen pop, in the upper-right corner of ConnectUC. The window shows who is calling.

Select Answer to accept the call.

Select Decline to send the caller to your voicemail.

Select the message option to respond through your system’s internal chat.
