Call Controls
Mute: Stop the caller from hearing you.
Dial Pad: Open the keypad during a call.
Park: Place the call in a shared parking spot, allowing someone else to answer.
Add Call: Add another person for a three-way call.
Hold: Place the caller on hold.
Transfer: Send the call to another person.
Call Recording: Start or stop recording. Your extension must have call recording enabled.
