Call Park places a caller on a shared hold. Another user can retrieve the call from any phone connected to your Reolla system.
Park the Call
Answer the incoming call.
Select Call Park from the call controls.
Choose an open slot, such as Park 1 or Park 2.
Tell the recipient which parking slot holds the call.
The caller waits on hold in that slot.
Retrieve the Call
Select the assigned parking slot from a connected phone.
Select Pick Up to answer the call.
