Forward calls from your extension to a coworker or an outside phone number while you’re away.
Set Up Call Forwarding
Select your avatar.
Open Preferences.
Select Answering Rules.
Scroll to the Answering Rules section and select Edit.
Scroll to Call Forwarding.
Turn on Active.
Enter an outside number or select an internal extension.
Select Save.
Calls to your extension will go to the destination you selected.
